Board Training Seminar
An effective Board of Directors is crucial to the success of any non-profit arts organization and GACAA wants to help you build and maintain the strongest Board possible.
We have engaged Liz Stewart, a management and training consultant, to lead Board Training Seminars across the state. Designed for Arts administrators, these seminars are designed to help you:
•Engage Board members for maximum productivity.
•Define the primary Board roles, especially in the area of fundraising.
•Recruit and develop an effective Board.
•Enliven your committee structure with five proven strategies.
•Describe appropriate staff-board relationships and interaction.
Board members are even invited to join the group during the lunch break to address specific topics and motivate them to learn more about their role and how they can best help your organization.
